The goal was to make Giannasi a recognizable and unique brand in the eyes of social users. To show the versatility of the proposals and to keep the dialogue with the community constant and transparent by entertaining and growing it.

In order to make the most of all of Giannasi's strengths, a content strategy divided into three categories has been developed:

Informative or promotional posts: content exclusively referring to the commercial dimension whose intent is to communicate Giannasi's offer in a clear and diversified way by increasing brand awareness.

Aspirational posts: suggestive content that aims to tell and provide valuable information to the user by strengthening the brand reputation.

Entertainment posts; content aimed at interaction, animating dialogue and aiming at community engagement.
